Return Policy:
- Returns and Exchanges: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your artwork, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
- Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your artwork must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned artwork. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 business days.
- Return Shipping:** You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your artwork. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Damaged or Defective Artwork: In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your artwork for another piece, please contact us at to initiate an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability. In case of exchange returned artwork must follow the conditions of the Return process described here and you must pay for the shipping cost of the returned artwork as well as for the shipping of the new exchanged artwork.
