All data you leave in the contact form will be used only for communication with you and will not be used in any other way.

Newsletter Subscription

If you have subscribed to my newsletter your email address and name will be shared with Mailgun whom I am using to send out newsletters.

Your data will not be used for any other purpose either than informing you about my work and activities.

Unsubscribe – you can always unsubscribe using a link in the footer of my newsletter that says “Unsusbscribe” or by sending an email to saying you wish to unsubscribe and I will remove you from my newsletter list.

Who do we share your data with

Your data could be shared with shipping companies if you made an inquiry about buying some of my artwork. In that case, we will only share data that is necessary for them to make a cost of transport. If you confirm and buy we will share information with them that could include: your name, address, city and contact information (phone and/or email). In all other cases, we do not share your data with anyone.

How long do we retain your data?

For all customers that made a purchase, we will store your data for 11 years since Croatian law says we need to keep a record of transactions for that long.

What rights do you have over your data?

If you have an account on this site you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
